Create your clinic

Calendo reserves a unique clinic code, then Viva collects the licence payment. Activation happens only after Viva confirms the payment.

  1. Enter clinic and admin details.
  2. Pay in Viva Smart Checkout (full-page redirect).
  3. Return to the success page → access email → sign in to the clinic suite.
Licence plan
€80 and €960 are excl. VAT. Payable with 24% VAT: €99.20 / month or €1,190.40 / year.
3–40 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Parents and staff enter this code in the Calendo app.
Clinic location (used in appointment SMS)

Parents see this address in appointment SMS. It is not copied from the billing address and is never a shared clinic default.

If you leave the map link empty, Calendo builds one from the address.

Licence length comes from the plan you choose. €80 / €960 are excl. VAT; payable with 24% VAT is €99.20 / month or €1,190.40 / year. The workspace activates after Viva confirms payment. The myDATA invoice is issued afterwards and does not block access.
You will be redirected to Viva Smart Checkout. The browser return page does not activate the clinic.
In the app, sign in with the clinic code and email your center gave you. Downloading the app does not create an account.
